Your Pace Case is a monthly subscription. Like any other subscription, it will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AND BE CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH unless you do one of the following:
1- Log into your account and skip a shipment. THIS MUST BE DONE NO LATER THAN THE END OF THE BUSINESS DAY ON THE 10TH OF THE MONTH OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE NEXT MONTH'S SHIPMENT.
2- Log into your account and cancel the subscription. THIS MUST BE DONE NO LATER THAN THE END OF THE BUSINESS DAY ON THE 10TH OF THE MONTH OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE NEXT MONTH'S SHIPMENT.
Yes. Select the "gift" subscription and click on "do not renew" when you sign up if you do not want the subscription to continue each month. If you do not select the non-renewable gift option at checkout, your subscription will automatically renew on the 11th of every month.

You will be charged the day you sign up and then every renewal period on the 11th of the month UNLESS you skip a month or cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account or contacting us at email@example.com. Please note: If the transaction is declined on renewal attempt, our system will attempt to charge your account up to 8 times over 11 days to bring your account current so that you don't miss any shipments. If the charge does not go through on the 8th attempt, your subscription will be automatically cancelled.
All boxes ship on the first of each month (or the first business day after if the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday). Your first box will ship the month FOLLOWING your sign-up date. For example: If you sign up in December (anytime from the 1st through 31st), you will receive your first shipment in January. You will receive an email with a tracking number once the box has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking link to update in the USPS system.

Click on "Skip Next Renewal" and then "Yes, Skip it" to confirm. YOU MUST DO THIS EACH MONTH THAT YOU WANT TO SKIP. Click on "Cancel Subscription" box and then complete the survey to confirm. If you do not complete the survey, your subscription will not be cancelled. If you complete all steps, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know the subscription has been cancelled. If you do not receive the email, please double-check your account or contact us for assistance.

You will be sent a link to the group along with a pass code immediately after subscribing to Your Pace Case. Check your confirmation email for the details.
